National and International Scientists are invited to use the various scientific facilities of the National Fusion Laboratory. Access to these facilities requires participating in a competitive selection process, in which experimental proposals are ranked by a Review Committee on the basis of scientific excellence. Scientific proposals may be submitted according to the following procedures:
