Management of documentary information in the Fusion Technology Division
The general documentation of the quality management system of the Fusion Technologies Division (FTD) will be archived and distributed using the CIEMAT documentation management software application (Coral). For the rest of the Division’s documentation, a shared disk maintained by the CIEMAT IT Unit or on hard disks of servers associated to the FTD will be used, depending on their properties or characteristics (plans, programs, videoconferences, designs, etc.). IDMs associated to projects will also be valid when working within a consortium of organizations or companies (e.g. EUROfusion). As a general rule, the documentation will preferably be digital, and different formats (word documents, videos, presentations, photographs, etc.) will be accepted in order to facilitate its understanding and interpretation in a clear and efficient manner.
